Cancellation Policy:

If the client fails to give at least 24 hours cancellations notice, or is not present at the time of scheduled appointment  the training session will be lost

Refund Policy: 

Please carefully consider your schedule, commitment to training, and your dog before registering for courses. Payment is non-refundable, contact us if you have any questions or concerns about these policies.
